Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Accelora’s terms of service for accounting automation implementation and integration. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, digital products, and physical products provided by Accelora.
2. Scope of Services
These terms apply to all of the following:
- Professional services for accounting automation implementation and integration;
- Digital guides, templates, and training materials;
- Hardware or deliverables shipped to customers.
3. Professional Services
3.1 Fees and Charges
Fees for services are set forth in our proposals or invoices. Unless otherwise indicated, all fees are non-inclusive of applicable third-party costs, which will be billed separately.
3.2 Service Transfers
Upon written request, Accelora may, at its discretion, transfer or assign the service to another party qualified to perform equivalent work. Service transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.
3.3 Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the agreed start date are eligible for a full refund of fees already paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the agreed fee to cover resource allocation. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of cancellation.
4. Digital Products
4.1 Delivery
Digital guides, templates, and training materials are delivered electronically upon completion of the purchase process.
4.2 Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided, digital products are non-refundable after download or access has been granted. If no download or access has occurred, requests for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via contact form. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 15 days.
5. Physical Products
5.1 Shipping and Risk of Loss
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.
5.2 Returns and Refunds
Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, submit a request via contact form. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for returned items are issued to the original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned product. Defective items are eligible for a full refund of fees and shipping costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Accelora be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these terms. Accelora’s total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
7. Amendments
Accelora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this site. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
